一种内圆固定的盘形行波型超声马达设计与分析

【摘要】 采用内缘固定的B12振动模态,设计出一种新型盘形行波型超声马达。利用Ansys动力学分析方法模拟了定子的振动情况。考虑了定子外径、定子齿数和齿高等结构因素,仿真计算了超声马达的定子齿振幅、共振频率、振动速度和接触面质点运动轨迹等振动参数的变化情况,并设计出40盘形行波型超声马达结构样机。结果表明,该超声马达的结构简单、质量轻、转速较高,并具有一定的转矩。
【Abstract】 Using B13 vibrating mode and fixing inner side of stator,a new disc-type of traveling wave ultrasonic motor(TWUSM) was designed.ANSYS dynamic analysis method was introduced to simulate the vibrating station of stator.Structure factors like outer diameter of stator,numbers and height of stator teeth were considered.The variation of related vibration parameters,such as amplitude of stator teeth,resonate frequency,vibrating speed,motion locus of particles in contact surface and so on,were calculated. Then,a prototype of 40 disc-type of TWUSM was fabricated.The results showed that this kind of TWUSM had a simple structure, light weight,high rotational speed,and a certain torque as well.
