基于拓扑理论的杆状构架式展开机构型综合与分析

【摘要】 从拓扑学的观点,提出了一种变胞机构型综合与分析的方法。首先应用拓扑理论从平面三自由度机构综合出上杆机构,然后根据展开机构的工作特性,揭示了机构的结构特点和变化规律,对该类机构自由度变化过程进行了型综合,最后分析了机构的拓扑性能。该方法将拓扑理论贯穿于机构创新改计和构型分析中,为在计算机上进行变胞机构的型综合与分析提供了手段。
【Abstract】 A method based on the topological theory is presented for type synthesis and type analysis of metamorphic mechanism. Firstly,the paper used three degrees of freedom mechanism to synthesize a ten-bar mechanism by topology.Secondly,according to the working features of the deployment mechanism,it is synthesized during the changing process of freedom after revealing its structural characteristics and change rules.Finally,its topological performances are analyzed.The proposed method provides means for processing its type synthesis and type analysis by computer.
