悬挂形式水力自控闸门及其在潮汐发电中的应用

【摘要】 对采用悬挂形式的新型水力自控闸门进行了介绍,它包括顶轴式和百叶窗式两大类。这种新型水力自控闸门具有正水位差时自动打开,负水位差时自动关闭的特点,可以自适应调节电站水库潮水的进出,并且在具体工程设计时非常灵活,可应用于潮汐水能资源调控等领域。将悬挂形式水力自控闸门应用于潮汐发电中,提出了一种双库自调节潮汐发电模式,这种潮汐发电新模式能根据潮汐涨落周期充分引潮或排水,自动调节上下库工作水头,充分利用波浪能和潮汐的惯性升高、惯性降低,有效提高了潮汐能发电转换效率,大大降低了潮汐电站的运行和维护成本,为潮汐发电产业化带来新的发展前景。

【Abstract】 A new hydro-automatic gate with suspended type was introduced, which includes two kinds of top-axis gate and shutter gate. The gate has the characteristic of being automatically opened in positive water-head and closed in negative water-head, then it can adaptively control tidewater flowing into and out of reservoir. And it may be designed very flexibly in the specific engineering and can be applied to tidal water and power resources regulation and other fields. We used hydro-automatic gate with suspended type in tidal power, and presented a new tidal power pattern with two-reservoir self-regulating. The pattern can fully accept or drain tidewater according to tide rise and fall cycle, automatically adjust working head between upper and lower reservoirs, and make full use of wave energy and tidal inertia energy. Thereby, it effectively improves conversion efficiency of tidal power, greatly reduces operation and maintenance cost of tidal power plant, and brings new development prospect for tidal power industry.
