面向控制的球磨煤制粉系统建模

【摘要】 通过机理分析结合实验辨识的方法,建立了一种面向控制的球磨制粉系统数学模型.建模时合理简化了基于物理原理的模型,对现有制粉系统模型进行部分改进,得到了模型的非线性表达式.模型参数通过己知的物理常数、现场测试数据、以及一些运行经验和启发式知识三种方式获得.工业现场测试数据和仿真结果的比较表明了所建立的模型相当精确,很好地揭示了球磨系统非线性、强耦合的特性.该模型能直接用于基于模型的控制算法设计,以及构建实时仿真模块测试新的制粉控制策略.
【Abstract】 A control-oriented dynamic model for a ball mill coal-pulverizing system(BMCPS) has been developed by using mechanism analysis and experiment identification.The nonlinear equations are obtained based on simplified physical model and previous efforts in BMCPS modeling.Through computation of known physical values,identification of grouped coefficients, and heuristic adjustments,the model parameters are determined.The simulated results agreed well with the experimental data, suggesting that the model developed is very accurate and captures well the nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of the BMCPS modeled.It is expected that the model developed can be directly used for the synthesis of model-based control algorithms,as well as setting up a real-time simulator for testing of new BMCPS control schemes.
