基于执行依赖启发式动态规划的风机变桨控制

【摘要】 变桨控制是大中型变桨距风电机组解决风速达到额定风速以上时保持功率输出恒定的主要手段。由于风力发电机组是一个多干扰、强耦合的复杂非线性系统,传统的控制方法尚未能很好地解决风机输出功率达到稳态慢和稳态误差大等问题,为此本文提出了一种基于执行依赖启发式动态规划(Action Dependent Heuristic Dynamic Programming,ADHDP)算法的新型风机变桨优化控制方法,给出了算法的原理和控制器的设计步骤,并以一台1.5MW的风机为例,完成了与PID控制方法的对比仿真实验。结果表明:当风速高于额定风速时,通过调节浆距角,系统能够较好地将功率稳定在额定值附近,减小了超调量,缩短了调节时间,取得了比较满意的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Pitch-control is a main method to maintain the output power stable when wind speed above the rated in Large and medium-sized variable pitch wind turbine generator.Because wind turbine generator is a complex nonlinear system of multi-interference and strong coupling,traditional pitch controller can not satisfactorily solve the problems of low convergence speed and large steady-state error.A new type of pitch optimization control method based on Action Dependent Heuristic Dynamic Programming method is provided in this paper,at the same time the principle of the algorithm and design steps of the controller are introduced,then the simulation experiments with a 1.5MW wind turbine generator and compared with the traditional PID control method are given.Simulation results show that output power can maintain the rated when wind speed above rated with the new pitch control strategy.It can effectively reduce system’s overshoot and setting time,and has a satisfactory performance.
