应用于生物微量试样移液的液面控制探测系统研究

【摘要】 在生物微量试样自动化移液操作中,实现移液枪头对液面的自动探测是保证系统整体作业精度和可靠性的重要手段。基于电容式液面探测原理,本文提出了一种新型集成式双套筒枪头系统;建立了液面检测系统的数学模型;优化设计了系统结构并对结构参数进行了计算;对影响系统检测精度的毛细现象进行了研宄探讨;研发了电容检测电路和信号处理单元。在已研发成功的样件上所作实验表明,该液面探测系统对乙醇试样的响应时间在200ms内,达到了监测液面的响应要求。
【Abstract】 The liquid level detection of micro-biological samples is the key technology aiming to achieve automatic operation with high dependability and high accuracy.Based on the principle of capacitance detection,we propose a novel integrated detector whose core structure is a coaxial cylinder.The mathematic model of liquid level detector is built.The structure is optimized and the key parameters are also calculated.The effect of capillary phenomenon is discussed.The detection system consists of the capacitance detection circuit and signal processing unit.The experiment data show that the detecting respond time to ethanol sample level is 200ms.The developed detector meets the system demand.
