一类中立型变延时神经网络的指数稳定
Exponential Stability on a Class of Delayed Neural Networks of Neutral Type

【摘要】 考虑一类含有参数不确定项的中立型变延迟神经网络的平衡点存在唯一性及稳定性问题.构造Lyapunov函数,给出平衡点存在的唯一性和指数稳定的充分条件,条件与时滞大小无关,不要求神经元激励函数有界,严格单调或可微,仅与连接权矩阵和时滞的导数有关,并且可以用LMIs工具箱求解,简单易行,仿真算例说明了该判据的有效性.
【Abstract】 Consider of a class of neural networks of neutral type which have time-varying delay and parametric uncertainties,A sufficient condition is given to provide the uniqueness and exponential stability of the equilibrium point for this system by constructing a Lyapunov function,this method is independent of the amplitude of time delays and it doesn’t have to assume the boundness,strict monotonicity and differentiability of neuron excitation function.this condition is only dependent on the interconnected matrices and derivative of time delays.the criterion can be expressed in terms of LMIs which is easy to deal with.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility.
