一种基于2维鲁棒预测控制的迭代学习控制方案

【摘要】 考虑到迭代学习控制系统的2维动态本质,本文针对具有参数不确定的2维动态系统,提出了一种基于两阶段优化设计的2维鲁棒模型预测控制算法。该算法第一阶段的优化策略保证了2维控制系统沿周期指标的鲁棒收敛性,而算法第二阶段的在线滚动优化策略则保证了控制系统沿时间指标的鲁棒控制性能。将该算法用于迭代学习控制系统的设计能够保证闭环系统沿周期和时间指标同时具有良好的鲁棒性。数值仿真结果证明了该迭代学习控制系统设计方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 Taking the 2-dimensionality of the iterative learning control(ILC)systems into account,a robust model predictive control scheme is presented for the 2-dimensional system with parameter uncertainties based on a two-stage optimization algorithm,where the cycle-wise optimization ensure the robust convergence along cycle index,while the online optimization over the time-wise receding predictive horizon guarantees the robustness within the cycle.The ILC system obtained within the proposed design framework has a good robustness along both time and cycle indices.The numerical illustration demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed design scheme for the ILC systems.
