【摘要】 基于数学形态学的原理,实现对白细胞图像的分割提取,将白细胞的区域从背景中分割出来,完成单个白细胞与其他细胞分割及提取,以便提取该细胞的各种特征,同时提取细胞核及细胞浆,从而完成白细胞的自动检出。实验结果表明,利用数学形态学对白细胞图像进行分割是有效的、可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leukocytes image segmentation and extraction based on mathematical morphology.Its aim is to segment and ex-tract the leukocytes,nucleus,cytoplasm and background,even in the case of closely clustered cells.This procedure gets a more accurate borderline of the interesting areas.The experiment shows that this processing method is effective and feasible.更多还原
