焦炉温度的预测模糊控制研究

【摘要】 在分析焦炉生产工艺特点的基础上,建立了焦炉加热的智能控制系统模型,提出了将预测控制与模糊控制相结合的预测模糊控制算法。预测控制负责提高控制精度,模糊控制负责为实时控制提供预测模型未收敛时的控制量及模型收敛后的修正前控制量。采用该算法对具有大惯性、纯滞后等特性的焦炉温度进行控制,取得了较好的控制效果。实际应用表明该算法具有良好的控制性能和实用价值。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing production characteristics of coke oven,heating intelligent control model of coke oven was built.Then predictive fuzzy control algorithm was proposed combining predictive control with fuzzy control.In the algo-rithm,predictive control was responsible for control accuracy and fuzzy control was to provide control variables when pre-dictive model was not convergent as well as uncorrected control variables when the model had converged.A good tempera-ture control of coke oven with characteristics of large inertia and time delay was obtained by application of the algorithm.The practical running indicates that the algorithm has good control performance and great practical value.
