【Abstract】 In the paper,We have analysed the convergence of timd—varying parameter estimated value algorithm of multi—layer recursive method under some conditions,have presented the concept of optimum initial value on stable.Then we have givan a new model,which is of many forms.The new modal may describe the tine—varying and nonlinear properties,and it can be applied easily.更多还原
