微电网控制策略研究

【摘要】 微电网是相对于传统电网的概念,是多个分布式电源和负载按一定的拓扑结构组成的网络。研究分布式电源的模型以及微电网稳定运行的控制模型具有重要的现实意义。考虑光伏电池的特性,采用扰动观察法,对光伏电池模型实现最大功率跟踪控制。通过分析微电网稳定运行所需的条件,给出了V/f和PQ两种微电网控制策略模型的结构,设计了相应的参数,建立了仿真模型,通过算例仿真验证了模型的正确性和可行性,证明给出的控制结构可以保证微电网稳定。设计了主从控制算例,仿真证明V/f模型能保证微电网并网模式和孤岛模式间的平滑切换,并能够在孤岛运行中跟踪负荷波动。
【Abstract】 Microgrid is a concept that compared with the traditional power grid. It is a network made up of distributed power and load. The model of distributed generation, and micro-control model of stable operation of power system are important. Based on the characteristics of photovoltaic cell, in photovoltaic cell model, disturbance observation method is used to achieve maximum power point tracking. According to the condition of microgrid’s stability, the structure of V/f control and PQ control were given, appropriate parameters were design. The results of simulation show that the method has good adaptability to external environmental changing and good dynamic performance. The microgrid master-slave operation control example was given to show V/f model could ensure the smooth switching between island and grid operation and follow the changing of load in island operation.
