多容水箱的TC控制

【摘要】 水箱是一种常见的工业对象,为水箱设计控制器以提高其动态性能、稳态性能、抗扰动能力和鲁棒性成为控制界的研究热点之一。本文为多容水箱设计了非线性鲁棒控制器(TC),并采用单阀调节和多阀调节两种控制结构对其进行比较研究。仿真结果表明,采用TC控制器的多阀调节结构在调节时间及抗扰动方面优于单阀调节,为多容水箱的控制提供了一种新的方案。
【Abstract】 Tank is a common object in industry. It is one of hot research problem to design a suitable controller to improve tank’s performance in dynamic, steady-state, disturbance and robust. In this paper, a design of Multi Tank based on a nonlinear robust controller(TC) is proposed, the single valve and the multi-valve scheme are introduced and compared. Simulation results show that the multi-valve control is superior to the single one in setting time and rejecting disturbance, at the same time, it gives an alternative approach for tank control.
