带氢气库存的炼油厂氢气网络生产集成调度方法研究

【摘要】 氢气网络系统是炼油厂清洁生产的重要过程,规模庞大,工艺复杂,模型的建立和求解困难。本文提出了炼油厂氢气网络系统的双目标优化调度模型,采用了带有精英策略的非支配排序的遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)进行求解,得出了调度模型的非支配解集;建立了多目标优化非劣解集的评价尺度,通过基于DEA模型的非阿基米德无穷小C~2R模型,对算法所得的解进行评价,找出DEA效率高的Pareto最优解。以某厂生产数据为例,说明了本文模型与计算方法的有效性和可行性。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen network is the key part in crude oil refinery process,which has such features as large scale,complex process.It is very difficult to formalize and optimize the network.This paper presents bi-objective model for the scheduling problem of the hydrogen network.NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm,which is adopted to solve our model,gives out the Pareto set.Then C~2R method can be used to evaluate the Pareto solution in the set.Computational experiments based on the data from certain refinery facotry demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheduling mothodelogy
