汽轮机内高速流动水滴尺寸分布在线测量
Online Measurement for Size Distribution of Droplet with High Flow Velocity in Steam Turbine

【摘要】 直接空冷汽轮机组背压受气象条件变化大,造成汽轮机低压缸内一次水滴尺寸变化大,且水滴跟随主蒸汽流高速流动,这都给水滴颗粒的测量提出新的要求。作者用新研制的改进型联合探针测量了某300MW直接空冷机组低压汽轮机末级后湿蒸汽参数,给出了水滴尺寸的测量结果。结果显示,一次水滴粒径主要集中在0.5~1μm之间,在叶根区域粒径分布变化较小,在叶中区域粒径分布较窄,在叶顶区域粒径分布受背压的影响较明显。
【Abstract】 The backpressure of the direct air-coohng steam turbine is variable with the weather significantly which causes that the wetness and size distribution of fine droplets in the last stage in the LP cylinder undergo drastic variation.And the droplets following the main steam flow at high velocity,which puts forward new demands on measurement.The size distri- bution measurement in the LP cylinder a 300μm directly air-cooled steam turbine with an‘enhanced integrated probe’ newly developed was presented.This measurement showed the analytical results of wetness and size of fine water on differ- ent conditions.As shown by the results,the droplet size mainly ranged from 0.5μm to 1.0μm.The size distribution was nearly independent of the channel height near the channel root,and relatively narrow at the middle channel height,and sensitive to the ambient pressure at the channel top.
