氧化锌阀片粉体的电化学性能研究

【摘要】 采用行星式高能球磨混合制备了不同混合时间的氧化锌阀片粉体,用单向压力机压成坯体做成研究电极。运用交流阻抗和电容测量电化学方法对上述电极进行了测试。结果表明,随着氧化锌与混合添加剂粉体混合时间的延长,其阻抗减小;Mott-Schottky分析表明,混合粉体为n型半导体,且随着混合时间的延长施主载流子浓度减小。
【Abstract】 These ZnO varistor powder were prepared by high-energy ball milling with different time,then these blend pow- der were compacted and made into electrodes.The electrochemical properties of different electrode were investigated in 0. 5 mol/L NaCl solution through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and capacitance measurement.The result revealed that the whole powder behave as n-tape semiconductors and the donor density decreased by Mott-Schottky analysis ac- cording to the time of mixing in the ball-mill.
