等离子体技术在纳米粉体材料的研究进展

【摘要】 纳米粉体的显著特点是晶粒尺寸非常小,从而具有与普通块状材料不同的特性。其表现出来的表面效应、体积效应、量子尺寸效应等特性,使其在冶金、化工、电子、国防、航空等诸多领域具有广阔应用前景和极其重要的使用价值。等离子体技术因为其高效、节能、节水、环保等特点,已经引起各行各业研究者的热切关注。本文中综述了等离子体在制备纳米材料、对纳米颗粒表面改性方面的研究近况。

【Abstract】 The transition from bulk-materials to nano-particles can lead to a number of changes in physical properties.Ow- ing to the significant character,dimensions below the critical wavelength of light,nano-particles have the increase in the ratio of surface area to volume and exhibit quantum mechanical behavior.Nano-particles have been applied in many fields,such as metallurgy,chemical industry,electronic industry,national defense,aviation and etc.As the market for nano-particles in high-tech areas continues to expand,the demand for nano-particles with more novel properties and at low cost continues to increase.In recent years,the plasma technology has caught more and more researchers’ eyes in various fields,because of its advantage in high efficiency,energy saving,water saving,environmental protection and etc.This pa- per briefly introduces the recent applications and researching development of the preparation and surface modification of nano-particles using plasma technology
