钛制膜片结构设计与优化
Structural design and optimization on titanium diaphragm

【摘要】 本文基于渐变壁厚钛制膜片翻转变形的有限元模型,结合金属膜片的不对称变形规律及失效机制,设计并优化了钛制膜片的厚度分布、U型槽结构以及锥体柱段结构。研究结果表明,采用0.65-0.8mm渐变壁厚钛制膜片在翻转过程中偏心最小;当U型槽半径为2mm和4.5mm时膜片均出现褶皱,最佳半径为4mm;柱段锥度对膜片翻转压力与塑性变形的影响较小。
【Abstract】 Based on the numerical model of the near hemispherical titanium diaphragm with varyingthickness, the thickness distribution, U shape structure and pyramid structure were designed and optimizedby combining to asymmetric deformation regularity and failure mechanism of metal diaphragm. The resultsshow that the inversion has minimum deflection angle when the thickness distribution of diaphragm isvarying from 0.65mm at U-shape rim to 0.8mm at top. Moreover, the best radius of U-shape rim is 4mm,and the post-buckling of diaphragm will happen if the radius of U-shape rim is equal to 2mm or 4.5mm.The taper of pyramid plays a minor role in inversion pressure and plasticity deformation of diaphragm.
