【摘要】 产业集群内创业网络发展与创业活动有密切关系,对新创企业及区域经济发展起重要作用。因此,中小企业如何在集群创业网络内有效获取资源、识别机会和组建团队,以实现成功创业至关重要。基于252份有效样本,提出产业集群创业核心网络、支持网络和隐性网络与中小企业创业过程三要素的概念模型及研究假设。结果发现,产业集群内创业网络对中小企业创业过程有显著影响,但各网络层次对中小企业创业资源、创业机会和创业团队的影响程度各不相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entrepreneurial activities are closely related with industry cluster and the formation and development of entrepreneurial network which have a significant role in new enterprises and regional economy.Therefore,such issues have become the focus of attention as how SMEs can have access to resources efficiently,identify opportunities and establish teams for success.In this essay,it presents entrepreneurial core networks,support networks and hidden network in industry cluster,the conceptual model of the three elements of entrepreneurial process and research hypothesis.Based on 252valid samples verification:entrepreneurial network in the industry cluster has a great impact on the entrepreneurship of SMEs,however,the influences each hierarchical network have on entrepreneurial resources,opportunities and entrepreneurial teams are different.更多还原
