【Abstract】 Based on innovative product life circle theory,the paper summarizes different kinds of polices related to SME innovation activities,and categorizes these polices into different phrases of product life circle.The main conclusion is that innovation service system in China is lack of periodical characteristics and positioning.The supporting polices relate to information and social capital needs to be improved.更多还原
