基于Labview和Matlab混合编程的故障诊断系统研究

【摘要】 文章采用Matlab Script节点技术将Labview和Matlab优势互补,混合编程开发故障诊断系统。系统由Labview负责主界面、信号采集、信号存储和查询,Matlab调用;由Matlab负责信号降噪、提取、处理、返回Labview显示。将该系统应用于某汽车变速器轴承故障诊断,结果表明系统能快速、准确的完成变速器轴承振动信号的采集、传送、存储以及轴承故障特征频率识别。此外,针对不同信号处理时系统程序修改简单,具有广泛的适应性。
【Abstract】 Complementarity advantages of labview and matlab by matlab script node technology in this paper,development of fault diagnosis with hybrid programming.In this system,labview responsibled for system main interface,signal acquisition,signal storage and query,matlab invoked;matlab responsibled for noise reduction,extraction,processing,return labview display.The system was applied to an automotive transmission bearing fault diagnosis,the result showed that the system could quickly and accurately complete the transmission bearing vibration signal acquisition,transport,storage and bearing fault characteristic frequency identification.Besides,aiming at different signal processing,the system program modifies simplely, has a wide range of adaptability
