【Abstract】 A new way has been started in the coming city plan and transformation by migration and rotation technique of whole building.This paper introduces the method of design and rotation technique of whole building in the monolithic moving projects.The theoretical contrast with actual engineering examples proved that the most effective method of movement and revolution was revolution and movement simultaneous but not separated,which would insure the quality of buliding and its safe index.更多还原
