【摘要】 既有建筑的安全度水平可能低于现行国家标准,且在以往的使用过程中,既有建筑可能出现结构裂缝、损伤、倾斜或不均匀沉降等特殊的情况,因此在对既有建筑进行改造前,应该首先结合改造目的对结构进行检测及安全性鉴定。以某既有砖混结构房屋为例,提出了对砖房改造前的检测鉴定工作流程和具体工作内容,供与此相同或相近的工程项目参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The security degree of the old construction is possibly lower than the requirement of the current national standard,and in the use process,the old construction possibly appear some special situations such as cracks, damaged,inclines or the inhomogeneous settlement.Therefore,before the reform of the old construction,firstly the examination and the secure appraisal should be carried on accoring to the goal of the reform.The examination appraisal work process and content of an brick building are introduced,which can be a reference to the similar engineering project.更多还原
