硫化铅红外吸收纳米材料的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 通过沉淀转化法制备不同粒径形貌的纳米硫化铅并对其光热转换性能进行研究,并通过改变实验条件,如反应温度、分散剂加入量、离子浓度、硫源种类等,探讨诸多因素对所合成纳米硫化铅的粒径大小、分散性等的影响。对合成的纳米硫化铅进行了XRD、TEM、紫外-可见吸收光谱等测试,表明所得产物为纳米级硫化铅,且硫化铅对近红外波段光的吸收较为强烈。将硫化铅进行光热转换性能测试,探讨影响纳米硫化铅光热转换性能的因素。结果表明,粒径大小及固含量对近红外光热转换性能均有影响。

【Abstract】 PbS nanoparticles with different size and morphology were prepared by precipitation transformation method and the photothermal conversion performance was tested.By changing the experimental conditions such as reaction temperature,the amount of dispersant,ion concentration,sulfur source,the impacts of influencing factors on the particle size and dispersion of prepared PbS nanoparticles were investigated.The PbS nanoparticles were characterized by XRD、TEM and UV-visible absorption spectrum.Results indicated that the product was exactly nanometer lead sulfide and the absorption of infrared light by PbS was relatively strong.The PbS nanoparticles were tested for photothermal conversion performance and the influencing factors on photothermal conversion performance were also studied.Results indicate that mass fraction and particle size of PbS have significant influence on near-infrared photothermal conversion performance.
