【摘要】 [目的]探讨微创小切口解剖型胫骨远端支持钢板治疗胫骨下段闭合性骨折手术治疗的应用。[方法]2006年1月~2010年5月,采用微创小切口解剖型支持钢板治疗43例胫骨下段闭合性骨折的病人,术后早期功能锻炼。[结果]全部病例获得随诊,平均愈合时间为16周。43例术后X线检查显示复位和内固定位置满意,骨折全部愈合。按KLemm功能恢复分级标准,优23例,良15例,可5例。[结论]应用微创外科技术治疗闭合性胫骨粉碎骨折,可以达到医源性创伤小,骨折固定牢靠和早期功能锻炼的目的,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To discuss the application minimally invasive of the anatomical buttress plate for the treatment of closed distal tibia fractures.[Methods]From Jan 2006 to May 2010,43 cases of closed distal tibia fractures were treated with minimally invasive of the anatomical buttress plate on behalf of early postoperative exercise.[Results]All patients were followed up with 16 weeks for bone healing in average.Postoperative X-ray review showed that reduction and internal fixation of the fractures were satisfactory and bone heaHng was achieved in all cases.According to Klemm’s criteria,23 cases were excellent,15 cases good and 5cases fair.[Conclusion]For closed comminuted fractures of the tibia,the minimally invasive surgery is of significant value with the advantages including less iatrogenic injury,stable fixation and early movement.更多还原
