【摘要】 [目的]探讨应用Quadrant微创系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及治疗经验。[方法]201O年1月~2011年1月间,本院采用Quadrant微创系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例,采用传统方法治疗72例,分别对两组手术时间、切口长度、失血量、术后疗效及并发症发生情况进行对比分析。[结果]与传统组相比,Quadrant微创组在手术时间、失血量及术后疗效方面无显著性差异(P>0.05);然而后者手术切口小、术后腰背痛发生几率降低,但术后伤口延迟愈合几率升高(P<O.05)。[结论]Quadramt微创系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症,其适应症广,手术切口小,在不延长手术时间的情况下达到了与传统手术相同的治疗效果,并且术后腰背痛发生率低,更易于为患者接受。只要采取适当措施,可以避免伤口延迟愈合的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the clinical effects and experience of the surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation with the use of Quadrant minimally invasive system.[Methods]From January 2010 to January 2011,60 patients suffering from lumbar disc herniation were treated with surgical operation with the use of Quadrant minimally invasive system while 72 patients with this disease accepted traditional surgical operation.Operative time,length of incision,blood loss,postoperative effects and complications of both groups were collected to be analyzed.[Results]There was no significant difference between two groups in operative time,blood loss and postoperative effects(P > 0.05).Comparing to traditional group,Quadrant group showed shorter length of incision,lower happening rate of postoperative low back pain and higher rate of delayed wound healing(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Quadrant minimally invasive system has broadened indications of surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation,with shorter length of incision,same postoperative effects,lower happening rate of postoperative low back pain,without delaying operative time,which is easily accepted for the lower rate of low back pain.If some methods were adopted,the happening of delayed wound healing could be avoided.更多还原
