【摘要】 [目的]评估术后早期功能训炼对重建钢板治疗不稳定肩胛骨骨折的疗效价值。[方法]17例肩胛骨骨折的患者采用重建钢板联合术后早期功能训炼;对照组19例仅采用常规重建钢板手术治疗。分别随访术后一年,对两组患者的疗效进行评定。[结果]通过术后随访,重建钢板联合术后早期功能训炼患者疗效明显优于常规重建钢板手术患者,患肩活动范围的改善程度也明显优于常规重建钢板手术患者。[结论]重建钢板联合术后早期功能训练是肩胛骨骨折的一种有效治疗方法,可以获得比常规重建钢板手术更好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To assess the value of treatment of unstable scapular fractures using reconstructive plate and early postoperative rehabilitation.[Method]Seventeen eases of scapular fractures were treated by reconstructive plate and early postoperative rehabilitation,nineteen cases of control group were treated using reconstructive plate only.The value of treatment of all patients were assess respectively a year after operation.[Results]The therapeutic effect of the cases treated by reconstructive plate and early postoperative rehabilitation were prior to the control group a year after operation,including the amelioration of the home range of the shoulde.[Conclusion]Reconstructive plate and early postoperative rehabilitation is a modus operandi for scapular fractures and the patients may have better symptomatic relief.更多还原
