【摘要】 [目的]探讨颈椎间盘切除椎间减压治疗多节段颈椎病的效果。[方法]32例多节段颈椎病患者;平均年龄57岁,累及椎间隙数3个或3个以上,一期完成单个椎间盘切除和椎间融合器植入。神经功能评分、植骨融合率、畸形矫正和并发症情况。[结果]32例患者随访6个月到6年,术前JOA神经功能评分平均9.2,术后JOA神经功能评分平均13.5,所有患者均获得了骨性融合,无假关节形成,颈椎间盘切除和椎间融合器植入能有效地解除脊髓的压迫,融合率高,较好地恢复颈椎生理曲度,并发症少,神经功能JOA评分均较术前有显著提高。[结论]颈椎间盘切除和和椎间融合器植入治疗多节段颈椎病能够达到充分减压的目的,解除脊髓前方的致压物,损伤小并能做到较多地保留颈椎结构,减少了并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To discuss the effect of discectomies decompression and interbody fusion with cage to treat multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy.[Method]32 cases of multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy,average age is 57 years old,counts of vertebral interval involved is 3 or over 3 segments cervical spondylitic myelopathy,were operated with discectomies decompression and interbody fusion with cage together.Postoperative neurologic recovery,fusion rates,deformity correction and complication were observed.[Result]32 cases werefollowed up for 6 months to 6 years.The preoperative JOA scores were 9.2 on average.The postoperative JOA scores were 13.5 on average. All cases got bony union.No pseudoarthrosis was found.Discectomies decompression and interbody fusion with ware used in multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy can effectively decompress spinal cord,restore lordosis of cervical spine,increase fusion rate and decrease complication.JOA score was higher postoperation than preoperation.[Conclusion]Discectomies decompression and interbody fusion with cage were used together in multilevel cervical spondylotic myelopathy can effectively decompress spinal cord,can give attention to decompression and to reserving vertebral structure to the greatest extent and avoiding complication resulting from resecting more one vertebral,multilevel decompression can provide good results.更多还原
