我国学前教育成本分担问题分析
On the problems of Cost-Sharing of Preschool Education in China

【摘要】 学前教育是学校教育和终生教育的奠基阶段,是个体终身发展的一个重要开端。发展学前教育已经成为教育领域的新话题。但在当前我国学前教育事业发展进程中出现的诸如幼儿园收费过高过乱、学前教育义务化等一系列亟待解决的问题,应当引起政府和社会的关注和重视。本文从教育成本分担理论的角度,分析我国学前教育成本分担存在的主要问题及其原因,并在此基础上提出对学前教育成本合理分担进行改革的有关建议,更好地促进学前教育健康、快速、持续发展。
【Abstract】 Preschool Education is the basis phase for school education and lifelong education,it is an important beginning of individual lifelong development.It has been a new topic to develop preschool education.But some problems like high and disorderly charge of kindergarten,compulsory preschool education in the progress of early childhood education has desiderated a resolvent,which should be thought much by the goverments and society.This article analyzed the main problems and reasons of cost-sharing of preschool education from cost-sharing of preschool education angle,and presented related proposals for rational cost-sharing of preschool education,making preschool education a healthy,swift and continuable development.
