【摘要】 目的评价瑞舒伐他汀对中国血脂异常的高危心血管病患者的疗效和安全性。方法诊断为高危心血管病的血脂异常51例患者给予瑞舒伐他汀10mg·d^-1治疗8周后,将LDL-C达标的患者随机分为两组:瑞舒伐他汀10mg·d^-1组（A组）19例;瑞舒伐他汀5mg·d^-1组（B组）18例。延续治疗8周后,观察血脂维持情况和不良反应等指标。结果在接受调脂治疗8周后,LDL-C下降37.52%,HDL-C上升2.89%;而在延续治疗阶段,瑞舒伐他汀5mg·d^-1组LDL-C有上升趋势,瑞舒伐他汀10mg·d^-1组LDL-C继续下降,两组差异有统计学意义;使用瑞舒伐他汀5mg·d^-1并不能使血脂维持在靶目标水平,而10mg·d^-1则可使血脂持续降低。研究中未发现药物相关的严重不良反应事件。结论本组研究显示,瑞舒伐他汀10mg·d^-1可明显降低LDL-C、TC,升高HDL-C,并能将血脂维持在靶目标水平之下,且安全性良好,易于耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Rosuvastatin in the treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese patients at high risk of cardiovascular. Methods 51 cases with dyslipidemia at high risk of cardiovascular disease were given rosuvastatin 10mg per day.The patients who reached the target level defined by ATPⅢafter 8 weeks treatment were randomly divided into two groups,of which rosuvastatin 10mg per day(A group) in 19 cases and rosuvastatin 5mg per day(B group) in 18 cases.The lipid-lowing efficacy and adverses were compared after another 8 weeks.Results After 8 weeks,LDL-C dropped 37.52%,meanwhile HDL-C increased 2.89%.In the continuation treatment phase,LDL-C of B group had a rising trend,while B group were continued to decline.The difference between two groups was statisically significant.lt was impossible to make blood lipid maintaining at the target level with 5mg rosuvastatin per day.But blood lipid were lower by used lOmg rosuvastatin per day.There were no drug-related serious adverse events during the study.Conclusions It is showed that,rosuvastatin lOmg per day significantly reduced LDL-C and TC,increasing HDL-C at the same time.Furthermore it can make blood lipid maintaining lower the target level with good safety and tolerance.更多还原
