【摘要】 目的:评价FOLFOX4与FOLFIRI方案交替治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法入组30例,可评价疗效27例,先FOLFOX4方案3周期,之后FOLFOLI方案3周期,两周为一周期,交替进行共12个周期。6个周期以上评价疗效并对不良反应进行观察。结果CR 4例,PR 10例,SD 9例,PD 4例,有效率为51.9%(14/27)。主要毒副反应为未梢神经毒性,迟发性腹泻及中性粒细胞减少。无治疗相关性死亡患者。结论FOLFOX4与FOLFIRI方案交替治疗晚期结直肠癌有效率高,安全性好,可作为晚期结直肠癌的一线化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of FOLFOX4 regimen and FOLFOLI regimen alternate in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods30 patients with advanced colorectal cancer received therapy,27 cases were evaluable for efficacy. Firstly patients treat with FOLFOX4 regimen for three cycles,then treat with FOLFOLI regimen for three cycles,alternate with 12cycles.After 6 cycles the efficacy was evaluated. Results27cases could evaluate efficacy,the complete response and partial response were observed in 4 and 11 cases respectively,The overall response rate was 51.9%.The main adverse effects are delayed diarrhea,neutropenia and neurotoxicity. ConclusionsThe efficacy of FOLFOX4 regimen and FOLFOLI regimen alternate in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer was high and safety.It can be the first line regimen in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.更多还原
