【摘要】 目的:评价包膜外剥脱术治疗肝海绵状血管瘤的方法。方法:自2005年10月至2010年10月,我院对48例需要手术治疗的肝海绵状血管瘤实施了手术,其中腹腔镜下肝血管瘤切除7例,开腹肝叶切除术15例,包膜外剥脱术26例(其中包括肝动脉介入栓塞后切除4例)。结果:肝海绵状血管瘤均被完整剥除,无手术死亡病例,手术平均出血200ml,术后发生并发症:右侧胸腔积液4例,肝内血肿2例,切口感染1例,经对症治疗后痊愈,随访所有病例,无肿瘤复发。结论:包膜外剥脱术是治疗肝血管瘤的安全有效的方法,选择恰当病例,可行腹腔镜肝切除。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the excision of the cavernous liver hemangiomas with the method of enucleation.Methods:From October 2005 to October 2010,forty-eight patients underwent the surgical removal of the cavernous liver hemangiomas.Among these cases,seven were treated under the therapeutic laparoscopy;fifteen cases of liver resection laparotomy and twenty-six cases underwent enucleation(Including four cases underwent hepatic arterial chemoembolization under the interventional therapy before surgical therapy). Results:All of the cavernous liver hemagioma were removed completely by surgical therapy without intraoperative death.The average intraoperative blood loss were about 200ml.In these ’ cases,postoperative complication:Four pleural effussions on the right side,two hepatic haematomas,one infection of incisional wound).Yollowing up all,no recurrence. Conclusions:Enucleation is safe and effective treatment for cavernous hepatic hemangiomas. Laparoscope hepatectomy is operable for some approtiate cases.更多还原
