【摘要】 目的:观察强心灸法对充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及心室重构的临床研究的影响,探讨其对心室重构作用机制,为心力衰竭临床辨证论治提供一种新治法。方法:选择CHF患者60例,全部患者按就诊先后排序,采用随机数表法分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组在标准抗心力衰竭基础上给予强心灸法治疗。对照组给予标准抗心力衰竭基础治疗。3个月为1个疗程,两组分别治疗1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床心功能分级情况、临床症状、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)的改善情况及血浆BNP水平的变化。结果:治疗3月后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF及血浆BNP水平均较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论:强心灸法能明显改善患者左心室的舒缩功能,延缓心室重构,是一种治疗CHF安全有效的中医药策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Qiangxin jiufa on patients with congestive heart failure(CHF)and its effects on ventricular remodeling,as well as its mechanism on cardiac function and ventricle remodeling.Methods:60 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the control group(30cases) and the treatment group (30cases).The control group was treated with the standard basic treatment of anti-CHF.The treatment group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qiangxinjiufa.A therapeutic course was 3 months in both groups.The improvement of New York Heart Association(NYHA) functional class,symptoms,left ventricular end-diastole diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systole diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were evaluated before and after the treatment,the level of BNP being observed accordingly too.Results:After3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,all theindexes above-mentioned of the treatment group were decreased,the differences were significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The Qiangxinjiufa can evidently enforce the cardiac systolic and diastolic functions,retard ventricular remodeling.It is an effective and medicine to treat CHF.更多还原
