【摘要】 目的建立南昌市8个月～5岁正常儿童气道阻力的正常值。方法应用英国MicroMedical Ltd生产的MicroRint肺功能仪测定南昌市315名8个月～5岁正常儿童的气道阻力值,每个测试进行5次阻断删除有明显偏差的数据,取中值作为测量结果。结果 Rint(阻断阻力,即气道阻力)值<2岁儿童为(0.7±0.6)kPa/L/s,2～4岁为(0.4±0.3)kPa/L/s,>4岁为(0.3±0.2)kPa/L/s。流速Flow值<2岁儿童为(0.2±0.2)L/s,2～4岁为(0.4±0.3)L/s,>4岁为(0.6±0.3)L/s。结论随年龄增长,气道阻力Rint值逐渐下降,流速Flow值小于2岁者较低.2岁以后变化不大更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecitve To investigate the mean values of airway resistance parameters in healthy children aged 8 months to 5 years in Nanchang,which offer references of pulmonary function tests for those children.Methods MicroRint pulmonary function tests pyrometer which made in Micro Medical Ltd of United Kingdom were used to measure the values of airway resistance in 315 healthy children between 8 months and 5 years old.Five interruptions were made and obviously declinational data were crossed out.Midvalues were used as results.Results:Rint values of airway resistance and Flow rates in children were(0.7±0.6)kPa/L/s.(0.2±0.2)L/s aged less than 2 years;(0.4±0.3) kPa/L/s,(0.4±0.3 )L/s aged between 2 and 4 years old;(0.3±0.2) kPa/L/s,(0.6±0.3 )L/s aged large than 4 years old,respectively.Conclusions:With the increase of children age.Rint values of airway resistance decrease gradually.Flow rates were lower in children aged less than 2 years old,and keep equilibrium aged after 2 years old.更多还原
