水稻条纹叶枯病和黑条矮缩病的抗性与籼粳分化的关系

【摘要】 水稻条纹叶枯病和黑条矮缩病是近年来危害江淮流域水稻生产的主要病害。本研究利用国内外的119份特色水稻品种分析水稻条纹叶枯病和黑条矮缩病的抗性与籼粳分化的关系。籼型指数大于0.60或粳型指数小于0.40的水稻品种有56份,其中抗条纹叶枯病的有55份,籼型指数小于0.60或粳型指数大于0.40的水稻品种有63份,不抗条纹叶枯病的有61份;水稻黑条矮缩病发病率大于15%的品种有13份,其中籼型指数小于0.10或粳型指数大于0.90的材料有12份。通过相关性分析,结果表明籼型指数与水稻条纹叶枯病发病率和黑条矮缩病发病率都呈极显著负相关(r(RSV)=-0.835,p(RSV)<0.01;r(RBSDV)=-0.495,p(RBSDV)<0.01),本研究结果可以在分子标记辅助选择育种中加以利用。

【Abstract】 Rice Stripe Virus(RSV) and rice black-streaked dwarf virus(RBSDV) are major diseases of jeopardize rice yield in the region of Yangtze and Huaihe River.In this study,we analyzed the relationship between the resistance of RSV and RBSDV and Indica-Japonica differentiation through Indica-Japonica Indexes of 119 special rice varieties derived from home and overseas.There are 56 varieties of Indica Indexes more than 0.60 or Japonica Indexes less than 0.40,in which 55 varieties are resistant to RSV,and 63 varieties of Indica Indexes less than 0.60 or Japonica Indexes more than 0.40,in which 61 varieties are sensitive to RSV.13 varieties of the morbidity of RBSDV are more than 15%,in which 12 varieties of Indica Indexes are less than 0.10 or Japonica Indexes are more than 0.90.Through correlation analysis,the results indicated that it’s significant negative between Indica Indexes and the morbidity of RSV and RBSDV(r(RSV)=-0.835,p(RSV)<0.01;r(RBSDV)=-0.495,p(RBSDV)<0.01),and should be useful in marker-assisted selection for resistance to RSV and RBSDV.
