【摘要】 本文利用因子分析法、聚类分析法对中国房地产业在全国31个省市的集中状况进行了实证分析,并通过房地产业集中度(CR4)指标对我国房地产业市场结构进行了研究。总体上来看,中国房地产业已经呈现出显著的地理集中特性,且主要集中在东部沿海省市。分析结果将各省市按集中特性归纳为四种类型,并进一步分析了该集中状况形成的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using factor analysis,cluster analysis on China’s real estate industry in the country’s 31 provinces and municipalities on the status of empirical analysis and,through the real estate industry concentration(CR4) index on China’s real estate market structure have been studied.On the whole,China’s real estate industry has been showing a significant focus on the geographical characteristics,and mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal provinces and cities.The results will focus on the characteristics of various provinces and cities into four types,and further analysis of the situation on the main form.更多还原
