【Abstract】 The group decision making problems with incomplete information are studied,and the trend changing characteristic and time value which take on these problems are figured out.Then,the definition of estimation value time sequence with three main trend change in different stages is made. Moreover,on the basis of estimation of future trend,punishment mechanism is designed in this study. Finally,the general thought and solving method of multi-stage group decision making problems are put forward based on the project time value and grey estimation punishment mechanism.更多还原
