【摘要】 目的探讨糖皮质激素在小儿急性喉炎中的疗效。方法对我院2009年6月至2010年6月期间住院的急性喉炎患儿320例进行回顾性分析。结果根据病情给予相应剂量的糖皮质激素治疗后,320例患儿全部治愈,仅1例行气管切开。结论糖皮质激素可缓解喉水肿,解除喉梗阻,降低气管切开率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate efficacy of glucocorticoid for acute laryngitis in children.Methods To retrospective analysis 320 cases of acute laryngitis in children in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010.Results To given the corresponding dose glucocorticoid under the condition,320 children were cured, only one was tracheotomy.Conclusion Glucocorticoids can alleviate laryngeal edema,remove laryngeal obstruction and reduce the rate of tracheotomy.更多还原
