一种变尺度法改进的独立分量分析快速算法
An Improved FastICA Algorithm Based on DFP Method

【摘要】 针对多个源信号线性混合的情况,对独立分量分析算法进行了研究,在FastICA的基础上,结合非线性优化的变尺度法,对FastICA的核心迭代进行改进,提出了一种快速的D-FastICA算法。该方法在高维问题下,有显著的优越性,可以减少独立分量分析的迭代次数,从而加快算法的收敛。
【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the separation from multi-signal mixture.A new algorithm combined DFP method and FastICA method is proposed on the basis of studying FastICA extensively.The improved algorithm has advantages when it comes to high-dimension problems.It can reduce ICA’s iteration steps and can increase the convergence speed of algorithm.
