【摘要】 目的分析南宁市西乡塘区第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染项目执行效果方法对2006年10月-2010年9月项目执行情况资料进行汇总分析。结果 4年间南宁市西乡塘区共登记结核病人5272例,检测HIV抗体3821例,筛查率72.5%,检测出HIV阳性70例,HIV阳性检出率1.8%;可随访HIV/AIDS 4431例,开展结核筛查4085例,筛查率92.2%,发现结核病686例,结核检出率16.8%;2006年10月-2009年9月共发现TB/HIV患者455例,对其中397例进行了抗结核治疗,治愈20例,完成疗程193例,治疗成功率53.7%,死亡83例(20.9%),丢失101例(25.4%)。结论南宁市西乡塘区通过项目的实施,建立了结防机构和艾防机构良好的合作机制,各项指标均达到项目要求。要重视和加强对HIV/AIDS的随访及双感患者的治疗管理工作,开展关爱活动、争取患者配合,不断提高双感患者的治疗成功率、减少丢失率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:-Analyze 5^th Global Fund TB/HIV Dual Infection Items implementation effect appraisal of Xiang Xiangtang district of Nanning city.Method:- general analyze material of project implementation status during Oct.2006 to Sep.2010.Result:- total registered tuberculosis patients of Xi Xiangtang District of Nanning are 5,272 in past four years,inspect 3,821 patients on antibody of HIV,with 72.5%screening rate.There are 70 patients are examined HIV positive,as 1.8%HIV positive checked rate. Investigate 4,331 patients of HIV/AIDS,and develop tuberculosis checks among them are 4,085 patients,with screening rate of 92.2%,There are 686 patients are examined tuberculosis,as 16.8%checked rate.There are 455 TB/HIV patients have been recognized during Oct 2006- Sep 2009,and 397 patients among those patients have been treated anti-tuberculosis,in which 20 patients have been cured,193 patients have finished course of treatment,with 53.7%success rate.Whereas,there are 83 patients died（20.9%）,101 patients lost their data（25.4%）.Conclusion:Based on implementation of this project in Xi Xiangtang District of Nanning, tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS protection organs have been established effective cooperation system,and all indexes have been achieved demand of project’s.It is important to pay high attention and reinforce investigation on HIV/AIDS patient and treatment management of dual infection,implement loving care activity,strive for coordination of patients,increasingly improve success rate of dual infection,reduce lost rate.更多还原
