【摘要】 目的探讨在经济不发达农村地区支气管哮喘病管理模式方法通过培训乡卫生院医生,让他们熟练掌握现代哮喘控制知识,诊断为支气管哮喘病人给予倍氯米松吸入并进行管理。每3月复查一次,一年后重新评估结果从2008年5月到2008年12月,共发现哮喘病人101人,其中间歇性哮喘10人,持续性哮喘91人,71例持续性哮喘病人接受吸入激素治疗。接受治疗病人一年后评估:改善12人,稳定7人,死亡2人,丢失50人。结论培训基层医生,定期督导的结核病管理模式,可以用于农村地区哮喘病人管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore of standard case management of asthma in rural area in Huaiyuan, Anhui,China.Methods:Training the doctor of Huaiyuan County Hospital and 5 township health centers,how to diagnosis and treatment of asthma.Inhaled beclomethasone was procured and provided to enrolled facilities. 3months recheck and one year evaluation agagin.Results:From May2005 to Dec.2008,101 asthma patients was found including intermittent in 10,Of the 91 patients with persistent asthma.At one year evaluation,of the 71 patients with persistent asthma treated with inhaled corticosteroids,12 improved,7 remained stable, none were worse,2died,and 50were lost to follow-up.Conclusion:It is feasible to training township doctor and montoring for asthma manement at rural area in Anhui,China.更多还原
