【摘要】 目的分析南宁市肺结核病登记报告及治疗管理监测结果,为结核病防治可持续发展提供依据。方法收集并分析2003-2009年南宁市结核病人传染病疫情登记报表和结核病防治机构季度报表,年报表及相关资料。结果 2003-2008年南宁市结核病人疫情报告例数总体呈上升趋势,登记率从2003年的107.36/10万上升到2008年的126.89/10万,至2009年肺结核病登记率开始下降;病例主要集中在25-55岁青壮年年龄段,占肺结核报告总数的57.4%;发病年龄以65-74岁组最高,占肺结核报告总数的17.7%,男性活动性肺结核病例数明显多于女性,职业分布以农民为主,占登记总人数的60.6%,2003-2008年新发涂阳肺结核病人治愈率一直保持在85%以上。结论南宁市结核病疫情严重,通过实施结核病控制项目,我市结核病控制工作取得了显著成效,至2009年结核病疫情得到控制。应提高肺结核病诊断水平,防止过诊过治,同时,加强对综合医疗机构疫情报告的检查,使登记的结核病疫情更加科学、真实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze pulmonary tuberculosis registration and treatment and management result at Nanning,giving a theoretical base for the sustainable development.Methods Analyze the data of the TB tuberculosis registration report,annual report,quarterly report and other related information in TB control institution during 2009～2009.Result The registered case had increased totally.The registered rate of had increased from 107.36/106 at 2003 to 126.89/106 at 2008,but decreased at 2009.Cases mainly concentrated between age of 25 and 55,accounting for 57.4%of all the tuberculosis reported.People with age from 65 to 74 years old were more caught the disease,accounting for 17.7%of all o the tuberculosis reported.Male exceeds female.Farmers were the majority with the rate of 60.6%.The cure rate of newly smear-positive maintained up to 85%from 2003 to 2008.Conclusion There is a serious TB prevalence status at Nanning.But by implementing TB control project,Tb control work in our city has achieved remarkable success.The TB prevalence status was under control at Nanning from 2009.We should improve the case of Tb diagnosis;prevent excessive voltages diagnosis and treatment.We also strengthen supervision and inspection to Medical institution as to get a scientific and true TB registration.更多还原
