【摘要】 目的分析玉溪市肺结核病人发现与治疗转归情况,为制定结核病防治策略提供技术支持。方法根据玉溪市2002-2008年结核病登记报表进行病例的发现及治疗转归队列分析。结果 7年全市共新登记涂阳肺结核病患者2729例,涂阳新登记率从2002年3.60/10万上升到2008年24.88/10万,新发涂阳肺结核病人发现率超过70%,初治涂阳肺结核病人治疗满2个月痰菌阴转率和涂阳肺结核病人治愈率保持85%以上。结论 2002-2008年玉溪市肺结核病患者的发现与治疗管理水平不断提高,显著成效,是现代结核病控制策略的应用结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze case-finding and treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis in Yuxi province,and provid the base for policy maker of TB control.Methods Analyze registered cases and their treatment outcome of tuberculosis from 2002to 2008.Results From 2002to 2008 total new smear positive cases were2729,the new registration rate of smear positive cases were raised from3.60/100 000 in 2002 to24.88/100 000in 2008.The incidence rate new smearpositive pulmonary TB exceeded 70%.The sputum negative conversion rate of newly diagnosed smearpositive pulmonary TB cases at two months and cure rate exceeded 85%. Conclusion the level of case-finding and cure management of pulmonary tuberculosis improved in Yuxi province during near 7years,and achieved significant achievements,due to the modern tuberculosis control strategy.更多还原
