肺结核病灶组织INF-γ表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨肺结核病变组织IFN-γ表达特征,分析其表达与结核病发展的相关性。方法利用SP免疫组织化学方法,对53例肺结核病变组织和29例正常肺组织中IFN-γ表达进行研究。结果 IFN-γ表达多呈胞浆表达。结核组IFN-γ表达阳性PU值为3.4917±2.6423,显著高于对照组(1.3286±1.145,P=0.002)。在结核组中,初治与复治之间,痰菌阳性与阴性之间,空洞与非空洞之间,不同病变范围之间IFN-γ表达均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论 IFN-γ高表达可能是肺结核病变组织区别于正常肺组织的重要特征之一,与结核病的发生相关,可作为结核病辅助诊断的标志物。

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the characteristics of IFN-γexpression in the lesions of pulmonary tuberculosis and to analyze the relationship between its expression and the development of tuberculosis.Method IFN-y expression levels in 53 cases of tuberculosis lesions and 29 cases of normal lung tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Results Expression of IFN-γwas mainly localized in cytoplasm.The IFN-γpositive PU value in tuberculosis(TB) group was 3.4917±2.6423,which was higher than that in the control group (1.3286±1.145,P=0.002).There were no statistical differences in the expression levels of IFN-γbetween the patients with initial treatment and with retreatment,between the patients with sputum smear positive and with negative,between the patients with cavity and without cavity and between the tuberculosis lesions of different extents in the TB group(all P values>0.05).Conlusion The higher expression level of IFN-γmay be one of significant characteristics that is different from normal pulmonary tissues,which is correlated to the nosogenesis of TB.Therefor,the higher expression level of IFN-γmay be used as one of markers for auxiliary diagnosis of TB.
