基于触摸设备手指滑动的方向可用性探究

【摘要】 在触控交互中,手指沿触摸屏某一方向滑动是一种较常见的操作方式。但由于人手指自身属性的限制,如生物性、物理性等原因,使得其在沿某方向进行滑动操作时,不可避免的会发生手指的遮挡、抖动等,从而导致误差的形成。在本文的研究中,为了进一步了解手指在触摸滑动中的基本行为属性,基于SteeringLaw设计了在不同方向的隧道滑动实验,对手指的方向滑动进行研究。实验结果显示,用户在不同方向的滑动过程中是存在差异的,当用户在0°方向进行"隧道"穿越实验时,可以得到更好的实验反馈,成功率相比其他方向更高;而当用户在120°方向进行"隧道"穿越实验时,很难达到用户满意效果,故在UI设计中不建议设计选择。同时实验结果也指出,用户在沿着某一方向的滑动时,宽度低于14px的滑动是很难得到较为满意的用户体验的。本研究是触控技术的基础研究,对触控交互与手势设计有明显的指导价值。
【Abstract】 In the touch interaction, finger sliding along a certain direction of the touch screen is a universal mode of operation. However, due to the limit of human finger property, such as biological, physical and other reasons, inevitably finger block or jitter will happen resulting in the formation of the error when the sliding action along a certain direction. In this study, we through an experiment that a based on Steering Law design idea to extend the tunnel slide in different directions to further understand the basic behavioral properties of the finger touch sliding. The experimental results show that users in different directions of the sliding process are obvious difference. When users do the experiments of the tunnel through in the 0°direction, they can get a better feedback and get a higher success rate compared to other directions. It is difficult to achieve customer satisfaction effect while "Tunnel" in the direction of 120° through the experiment, and therefore do not recommend design options in the UI design. The experiment results also pointed out that sliding along a direction with width less than 14px is difficult to get a more satisfactory user experience. The study is basic research in the touch technology, while the touch interaction and gesture design have obvious value.
