【摘要】 在手术室系统中,各种医疗设备互不兼容的信号接口和视频编码传输的信息损失是手术室与外界进行准确而丰富的媒体交互的主要困难。本文提出了一种软件实现的基于H.264和RTP标准的媒体交互系统,实现手术室内部和手术室外部实时高清的信息交流,同时将手术室内的各种医疗设备的媒体信息通过统一的标准连接至系统,极大地丰富了手术室与外界交互的信息。在实验室搭建的模拟环境下的测试结果表明,本系统不仅能将丰富的手术室设备信息统筹显示,而且同时获得了很好的实时高清传输效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main obstacle to build an accurate and abundant media interaction between the inside and outside of the operating room is the incompatible signal interface of various armamentariums and data loss during video compression. In this paper, we present a software interaction system based on H.264 and RTP standard, leading to a real-time and high definition communication environment between the inside and outside of the operating room. The system joins media information from various armamentariums with the same standard to enrich the interaction. The experiments under laboratory condition show that our system performs interaction between the inside and outside of the operation room abundantly with high definition in real-time.更多还原
