聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体增韧单体浇注尼龙MCPA6性能研究

【摘要】 由聚丙二醇与TDI(80/20)反应,合成-NCO封端聚氨酯预聚体,以此预聚体活化己内酰胺单体,在引发剂NaOH作用下,引发己内酰胺单体聚合,制得聚丙二醇增韧单体浇注尼龙MCPA6嵌段共聚物,改变预聚体添加量,可制得不同性能的嵌段共聚物。性能表征发现,随预聚体添加量的增加,嵌段共聚物材料的断裂伸长率升高,拉伸强度、硬度下降,而密度几乎无变化,表明聚丙二醇对单体浇注尼龙MCPA6增韧效果明显。
【Abstract】 -NCO terminated polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized with polypropylene glycol and TDI(80/20). By the prepolymer activating caprolactam monomer, the polypropylene glycol toughening monomer casting nylon MCPA6 block copolymer was prepared by caprolactam open-ring polymerization at the presence of NaOH as an initiator. By changing the addition amount of the prepolymer, a series of the block copolymer were obtained. The results showed that, along with the increasing of the prepolymer addition content, the elongation at break of the block copolymer materials significantly increased, the tensile strength and the hardness decreased, and the density didn’t almost change. The study stated clearly that the effect of monomer casting nylon MCPA6 toughened with polypropylene glycol was obvious.
