【摘要】 旋转天平试验用于研究飞机在稳定尾旋状态下的气动力特性和操纵面影响,测控系统用于监测作用在飞机模型上的各种气动力和力矩,是试验装置的重要组成部分。该测控系统包括测量、控制等多个子系统,采用分布式局域网结构,各子系统间采用Prdfibus-DP、0PC技术和DataSocket通信机制,解决了基于不同硬件、软件的各子系统间网络通信,实现各子系统间指令、信息、参数和试验数据实时传递,减少了人为操作,自动化程度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rotary balance test is used to research aerodynamics characteristic and control surfaces effect of airplane in steady spin state,measurement and control system is used for monitoring aerodynamic force and torque of airplane model,which is very important part of the rotary balance set.It includes measurement,control and other subsystems,based on distributed LAN,the Profibus-DP,OPC and DataSocket communication mechanism is adopted between the various sub-systems.The network communication systems has been solved based on different hardware and software.The injunction,information,parameter,test data have been passed in real time among systems,which reduces human operating,and has high degree of automation.更多还原
