旋转天平试验装置电气控制系统

【摘要】 介绍了西门子SIMATIC S7-300 PLC、MicroMaster440变频器、SINAMICS S120驱动系统、运动控制单元CU320和高动态性能的1FK7系列同步伺服电机等产品在旋转天平试验装置的系统配置和网络结构,并从软硬件设计方面,叙述了关键功能的成功实现。
【Abstract】 The configuration and network construction in the rotary balance set is introduced,which are consisted of Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 PLC,MicroMaster440 series invert,SINAMICS S120 drive system, CU320 controller and 1FK7 synchronous servo motors.In aspects of hardware and software design,the successful application of main function is described.
