【摘要】 针对大停电事故,分析了现有继电保护和紧急控制所存在的问题,提出既保护设备又能兼顾保护系统安全的系统保护准则。围绕这个准则,设计了一种基于本地信息的系统保护构成方案。所提系统保护仅取决于变电站检测位置的故障信息和二次扰动信息,具有实现的可能性。初步的仿真结果验证了本文所提出的系统保护思想和准则的可实现性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at power system large-scale blackouts,the existing problems of protective relaying and emergency control are analyzed.The viewpoint that the protective relaying should not only protect the equipment,but also maintain the power system secure is proposed.Focusing on this criterion,this paper presents a system protection scheme based on local information. Proposed system protection scheme depends only on fault information and secondary disturbance information in local substation.Preliminary simulation results validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed ideas and guidelines.更多还原
